Sheet Unwinding
The motor-driven unwinding system feeds the sheet smoothly, accommodating rolls up to 1 m in diameter. A built-in dust plate ensures the sheet stays clean before entering the machine.
Heating
Temperature is controlled precisely with a difference within ±1°C. Utilizing a fully enclosed oven and durable ceramic heaters, the temperature control system delivers superior energy savings and efficiency.
Forming
The high-performance servo motor drives the mold to close, ensuring precise, consistent, and stable thermoforming of the final products.
Hole Punching (Optional Station)
Enables integrated production of fruit containers, lids, and custom ventilation or hole patterns in a single cycle, completely eliminating the need for secondary processing.
Cutting
