How many blister packs per hour can your machines produce?

Output depends on blister size, material thickness, and mold cavity count. As a reference: the FSCT600/400 running a 24-cavity small electronics blister mold at 35 cycles per minute produces approximately 50,400 blisters per hour (1.2 million per day on a 24-hour shift). Larger hardware clamshell blisters on lower-cavity molds typically produce 15,000–25,000 units per hour. Smaller promotional blisters on high-cavity molds can exceed 80,000 units per hour.
