How to choose freight transport method?

We can use the customer designated freight forwarder. If not, we can recommend the forwarder or directly use the forwarder we have cooperated with for a long time.

What is the packing method?

According to the different models and machine parts, we will use wooden cases or wrapped films to ensure that the machine will not be damaged during long-distance transportation.

How does the products deliver?

According to the different countries and regions where the customer's factory is located, we will send it to the customer by sea, truck, train or air according to the customer's requirements.

How is order process?

1) Choose the suitable machine according to the customer’s samples and requirement

2) Quotation according to the selected machines

3) Order confirmation

4) 30% deposit for production

5) Carry out production and provide production cycle progress report

6) Inform the customer that the goods are ready and the customer arranges the balance

7) Deliver the goods to the customer’s forwarder and arrange the transportation.

8) Provide the documents required in the order to the customer.

9) After sales service.

Is there a price list?

SAYEAH is a very professional thermoforming machine manufacturer. There are many uncertain factors in the price of the raw materials and customers need are different. Therefore, the quotation should be made according to the detailed parameters of customers, so as to meet the requirements of customers and better serve customers.

How long does the delivery time need?

The machines can be shipped in 90-120 working days from the date of receiving the down payment.

How long is time limit for solving product problem?

If conditions permit, we normally arrive on-site within 24 hours. If not,the duration to solve the problem will depend on the difficulty of the actual problem and we normally provide solutions within 48 hours.

The warranty period of our company’s products is 12 months since the date of bill of loading.

If it’s a product quality problem of our company, we can communicate by email or webcam discussion to solve it. If it cannot be solved, we will provide the necessary accessories for free, and the freight will be borne by the customer. If it is the quality accident caused by the customer’s personel illegal operation, we are not responsible.

How long is the warranty period of your company's products?

The warranty period of our company’s products is 12 months since the date of bill of loading.

Is your product in stock?

Most of our machines are customized according to customer needs, so there is generally no stock.

What are the application field of machine products?

It can be used for the packaging of plastic products such as agriculture, food, medicine, daily necessities, cosmetics, etc.
